T-Minus 48 Hours – Crunch Time

Running around finalizing rehearsal details and negotiations with our shooting locations.  With the weather, we won't be shooting out of doors but fortunately we have indoor locations locked up that should do nicely.  Just have to be prepared to deal with the lack of available light (this is a cinematography issue).  Other problems pop up.  Realized that with my normal day-to-day haircut, I don't look like an annoying hipster as much as I do a skinhead of some kind - see an example below:

When I really should be looking like this:

I get chills just looking at this guy.

Anyway - upshot is that I'm scrambling for something to fit the character and that means lunchtime errands.   Busy day at the office means my rehearsal is on the phone as opposed to in person.  It's gonna be dicey but I think we'll manage.   The thing each of these projects is teaching me is that there are a number of moving parts that have to come together in the right order and at the right time.  You only have so much control over them and you dont control the situation as much as you steer it.  Hopefully I've aimed correctly and the right pieces will come together.  That's not to say that everything is under control and that I am getting exactly what I wanted - with every piece of this I have to accept that some things will simply not work out but that this is okay.
